Serving as Northlake’s Senior Pastor, Dr. Carl joined the church’s staff in 2007, after pastoral service in Alvarado, Oglesby, and Whitney (all in the north-central Texas area). His heart longs to LEAD believers in passionate worship, MOVE believers toward purposeful discipleship, and EQUIP believers for personal ministry. He has an abiding passion for the work of missions—leading God’s people to touch His world through compassionate, Christ-centered service. Plugging into Northlake’s strong history of mission engagement, Dr. Carl has helped the church develop an Acts 1:8 model of mission outreach—connecting with local, state, national, and international mission partners.
